How to purchase products (How to purchase)
Member Registration / Member Login
You can enjoy a variety of benefits by registering as a member. If you are not a registered member, we recommend
that you register for a membership. If you are already a registered member, please use the Member Login Form on
the top page to log in.
【1】 Select Products
【2】Add to cart
When you find the product you want, click “Add to Cart”. (The product will be placed in your cart.)
When you have all the products you want to purchase, click “Proceed to Purchase” on the cart page to move to the
procedure page. If you click “Buy Now” on the product page, you will go directly to the procedure screen.
【3】Fill out the order form with the required information.
From the “Cart” page, click “Proceed to Purchase” to display the order form. Enter your name, address, telephone
number, e-mail address, etc.
【4】Submit the order form
Enter your shipping address and select payment and shipping method from the form. After confirming that the
information entered is correct, click the “Confirm Order” button. Your order is complete.
【5】You will receive an order confirmation e-mail.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an “Order Confirmation E-mail” (auto-reply and copy of your
order) within 24 hours. At this time, we will inform you of the product(s) purchased, amount, quantity, and
confirmation of payment method. Please note that due to our store-based sales, some items may be out of stock at
the time your order is received. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as
possible to confirm when the item will be back in stock or to cancel your order.
About payment
We accept cash on delivery and credit cards.
・If you use a credit card
We accept one-time (lump-sum) payment only. The following credit cards are accepted.

*The payment will be automatically debited from your designated account in accordance with the terms and
conditions of each credit card.
*Please check with your credit card company for details.
*If the credit card number, expiry date, or other information is incomplete, the order cannot be accepted.
Please note that we cannot accept orders with incomplete credit card numbers, expiry dates, etc.
About Shipping
We generally use EMS to ship our products.
However, we may use other shipping methods to deliver to some countries.
Delivery times vary by country, but typically are from 5 to 10 days.
We sometimes hear reports of extended delays caused by local carriers in the country of delivery.
Please allow two weeks for your order to arrive before contacting us regarding your purchase.
Important Information for Overseas Customers
・Some countries may place regulations or restrictions on our products.We do not keep track of the regulations
and restrictions imposed by various countries. Please confirm the rules in your country before placing an
order.For example, products that are prohibited from import may be discarded or returned, or you may be
prohibited from using certain products after importing them.Also, customs agents in the country of delivery may
open packages and check their contents.
We do not offer refunds or accept product returns in situations such as those described above.We do not accept
product returns except in situations when we are at fault, such as cases in which we incorrectly filled an
order.Our products do not come with instruction manuals.Familiarize yourself with the unique characteristics of
Japanese kitchen knives before using one of our products.
Customs Duty / Import Taxes
・You may be responsible for customs duty or import taxes when receiving deliveries from abroad.We do not keep
track of the duties and taxes imposed by various countries.
Cancellation or change of order
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been completed. However, we will accept order cancellations for special reasons. Please understand this in advance. Please be sure to confirm the contents of your order on the “Order Confirmation” screen, as your purchase is confirmed when you click the “Place Order” button.
