Before using this service

Miyabun Cutlery Store offers a sharpening delivery service for customers throughout the province and a nationwide sharpening mailing service. The cost of the sharpening delivery service within Hokkaido is ¥880, which includes the cost of sharpening the knife and round-trip shipping within Hokkaido. Please note that shipping is free for customers who use 5 or more kitchen knives, scissors, etc., and 30 or more carving knives.

How to use this service

Please fill out and return the form below.

We will request a pickup from Yamato Transport according to your desired pickup time in the form. Please specify a date after the next day for pickup.

Yamato Transport will visit your home with a payment-on-delivery slip. Please write your address and our address on the slip for payment on delivery, attach the invoice to the package you have packed in advance, and hand it to the driver.

We will charge you for the round-trip shipping fee when you return the package. Please be careful not to pay the shipping fee when you send out your package.
※If you send the package prepaid, we will charge you ¥550 for one-way shipping.


When packing, please wrap the blade in a paper sheath or newspaper to prevent the cutting edge of the blade from popping out, and place it in cardboard or a thick bag.
