(4) In any other cases where the Company deems it necessary to temporarily suspend or discontinue the Service due to operational or technical reasons, or where the Company deems it difficult to provide the Service due to unforeseen circumstances.

2 The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by the user or any third party as a result of the temporary suspension or cessation of the provision of the Service, regardless of the reason.



Article 5 (Handling of Links)

In the event that any of the various services provided by the Kitchen Knife & Cutlery Specialty Shop Miyabun link to another site, or a third party provides a link to another site, the Company shall not be liable for any site other than the Kitchen Knife & Cutlery Specialty Shop Miyabun. In the event that a user causes damage to the Company through an act in violation of these Terms of Use or through an unauthorized or illegal act, the Company shall be entitled to demand a commensurate doubling of damages from the user in question.


Article 8 (Privacy Policy)
The management and handling of user information obtained by the Company in connection with the use of the service by users shall be governed by the privacy policy separately established by the Company.



Article 9 (Governing Law).

The laws of Japan shall apply to the formation, validity, performance, and interpretation of these Terms of Use.

In the event of any dispute arising in connection with this agreement, the district court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s head office shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
